Security

ItinerarMe uses emailed sign-in codes, server-side ownership checks for saved trips and request limits for planning and partner searches. Provider secrets stay on servers, and connections use HTTPS. We limit sensitive information in planning requests and avoid collecting passports or payment-card details for travel checkout.

Help protect your account

Never share a sign-in code. Review the destination before entering payment or identity information: travel purchases happen on the external merchant's site. Sign out on a shared device and clear its local drafts if needed. Contact the merchant immediately for an issue with an actual reservation or payment.

Report a concern

If you discover an account or security problem, email team@itinerarme.com with a description and a safe way to reproduce it. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, payment information, another person's trip data or exploit details in a public post. We review reports and handle suspected incidents according to applicable law.
