Terms of use

These terms are provided by Anomal Labs LLC and govern use of the ItinerarMe website and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the planner, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy policy. Contact team@itinerarme.com with questions.

ItinerarMe is an itinerary-planning service. It does not sell or issue airline tickets, hotel reservations, cars or activities. An external merchant handles any travel checkout, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds under that merchant's terms. Opening a merchant link or marking an item “booked” in ItinerarMe is not a booking confirmation.

Recommendations and prices

AI-generated ideas, cached prices, sample data and third-party content can be incomplete or outdated. Review each item's source and price basis in the app. Check dates, traveler eligibility, accessibility, visas, safety conditions, total price and cancellation terms with the merchant before buying. You can edit or remove itinerary items, and you should update estimates after booking if the price changes.

Your responsibilities

Accounts are for adults. Use an email address you control, keep sign-in codes private, provide information you have the right to share, and do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access. You remain responsible for confirming the practical and legal requirements of your travel, including passports, visas, health and safety advice, accessibility, child policies and insurance.

Accounts, subscriptions and changes

Planning features and eligible partner links may change. Paid digital plans, where offered, are separate from travel purchases; the checkout screen shows the current price, billing period, renewal and cancellation controls. Subscription purchases and refunds follow the applicable app-store or payment-provider rules and mandatory local law. You may request account deletion through our deletion page. We may suspend abuse or unauthorized use and will give notice of material changes where reasonably possible.

Service limits and responsibility

The planner is provided with reasonable care, but recommendations, schedules, maps, images and cost estimates can be incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ItinerarMe is not responsible for a merchant's booking performance, cancellations or refunds, or losses arising from reliance on an unverified suggestion. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights concerning fraud, intentional misconduct or applicable statutory guarantees.
